About
OSMO and Montréal inc. announced in January 2019 the launch of Bonjour Startup Montréal, the startup ecosystem dedicated to facilitating the creation and growth of Montreal-based startups, with the ultimate goal to position the city in the top 20 most dynamic ecosystems worldwide.
This new branding, along with the first version of Bonjour Startup Montréal’s website, were unveiled today in front of dozens of startups, journalists and support organizations for entrepreneurs during Expo Entrepreneurs.
With Bonjour Startup Montréal, OSMO and Montréal inc. aim to offer the city’s startup ecosystem a strong identity, with entrepreneurs at the center of the equation. This mandate was given last July to the two organizations by the Ministère de l’Économie et de l’Innovation du Québec as part of the provincial program to create various “pôles d’innovation régionaux”. The initiative is also supported by the Ville de Montréal.
