Johanne Trembay PhD, FAHA, FCAHS is the co-founder of OPTITHERA, a personalized medicine company with the motto ‘Predict to Prevent’. She is Professor of Medicine at the Université de Montréal and researcher at CHUM. She is an author of more than 300 scientific publications and holds several patents. She received several awards including the Heart-Quebec award from the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec in 2013. She chaired the program committee of the International Congress on Personalized health care in 2016 and 2018. She is an ambassador of personalized medicine in the area of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and hypertension.
